PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES / 主要工作職責

Assist maintenance engineers in the implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
協(xié)助維修工程師實施預防性維護計劃。

Assist the Production Supervisor in managing contractor and visitor safety.

Conduct safety meetings and perform safety audits (including APSAM, SIP, BSP, 5M, safety action training, etc.) and prepare safety reports.

Act as a Safety Permit Issuer, responsible for issuing safety permits and managing field safety, maintenance safety, and construction safety.

Possess hands-on maintenance capability, independently completing certain preventive maintenance tasks, MI work, troubleshooting, and related equipment inspections, and cooperating with engineers on major maintenance or TAR activities.
具備一定的設備維護能力，可獨立完成部分預防性維護、MI 工作、故障排查及相關設備檢查，并配合工程師完成大型檢修或大修（TAR）。

Lead plant productivity improvement initiatives, SWIM development, and minor project commissioning activities.
主導裝置生產(chǎn)效率提升行動、SWIM 推進及小型項目的開車與投運。

Be responsible for document management, updating, and control.
負責文件的管理、更新及受控。

Follow company job arrangements and complete other tasks assigned by the Plant Manager.
服從公司工作安排，完成裝置經(jīng)理交辦的其他任務。

Act as the plant management representative during the absence of plant management personnel.
在裝置管理人員缺席期間，作為裝置管理代表履行相關職責。

Exercise the authority and fulfill the responsibilities of a shift leader, particularly in safety management, as assigned by the company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS / 任職要求
Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering or other related majors.
化學工程或相關專業(yè)本科及以上學歷。

At least 5 years of working experience in a manufacturing company.
5 年及以上制造型企業(yè)相關工作經(jīng)驗。

ASU experience, strong safety awareness, and good English proficiency are preferred.
具備 ASU 經(jīng)驗、安全意識強、英語能力良好者優(yōu)先。

Proactive, honest, a strong team player, and hardworking.
